Faenor Community Council is empowered to give financial assistance to charities and other organisations which want to provide services for the benefit the residents of the Faenor Community Council area. If your organisation wants to ask for financial assistance, please download the form below and complete it. You can either complete the electronic form and e-mail it back, or you can print off the form, complete it and post hard copy back to the clerk.

Notice of inclusion of Audit and right to inspect the annual return for the years ended 31st March 2021,2022,2023

Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 Section 29

Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2014

1. The audit of accounts for the Faenor Council for the years ended 31 March 2021, 2022 and 2023 has been concluded.

2. The annual return is available for inspection by any local government elector for the area of the Faenor Council on application to:

(a) Insert name, position and address of person to whom local government electors should apply to inspect the annual return

(a)_J O Griffiths, Clerk, London House, Eglwysfach, Machynlleth, SY20 8SX

(b) Insert the times between which a local government elector may apply to inspect the annual return

between (b)____0900____ am and (b)_____1200___ pm on Mondays to Fridays

(excluding public holidays), when any local government elector may make copies of the annual return.

3. Copies will be provided to any local government elector on payment of (c)

£10 for each copy of the annual return.
